Omega Geneve ref. 166.041 ‘Meister signed’

CONDITION REPORT

This 1968 Omega Genève is a cool watch and perfect addition to any collection. The case is excellent condition for its age especially these gold plated case tend to have much more wear and tear, this one has some discoloration probably just from laying in a safe, this can be polished off if wanted.You’ve probably already noticed, but this particular watch is something very special, it has the double signed stamp, ‘Meister’.  Meister was a well-known watch Boutique from Zurich that began in 1881, so a ton of history in the retailer alone! The caseback is correct and original. This reference 166.041 houses the powerhouse caliber 565 with its quickset function.The crown is also the original one. The movement is working flawlessly and as it should. It has been serviced and checked by our watchmaker for correct accuracy and correct functioning.
